    Policy

    Arrival Notice

    If you prefer to wait for your provider to give them access to your home please be aware that we give arrival windows of about 2 hours. Many things can put a damper on our schedule such as lockouts, customers adding services, and cancellations. Leaving a key and/or key code is the most efficient way to save you time and to provide your service provider access to your home.

    Safety

    Employees

    Our employees are important to us and we care about their safety, so they do not use ladders or move anything heavier than 30 lbs.  If you would like for us to clean behind appliances like refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers or sofa, please have it moved prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired areas.

    Keys and Alarm Systems

    Most reoccurring Paramount customers leave a key to their home at our office. We assign each key a security code and store it in a key safe. A manager will access your key the day of the cleaning, and then return it to the safe by the end of business day. Also for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. Customers must visit the office in person, present valid picture ID and sign key release form or be present at last cleaning and key will be left at residence upon signing form.

    Bleach

    Bleach will not be used as a cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach supplied in your home you will have to sign a form releasing Paramount from any damages that may be caused by your bleach.

    Cancellation

    If you need to cancel or change any scheduled cleaning, please notify Paramount at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning time to avoid a cancellation fee.

    Pets

    Please make sure Paramount is notified of any pets that you may have roaming around your home. All pets are to be locked in a secure area to insure the safety of our employees.

    Payments and Refunds

    For your convenience, Paramount accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa, cash or check. Customers will need to pay for their cleaning at the time of their service.  One-time cleanings will require a credit card. Customers may leave a credit card number in a secured file with Paramount to use in the event you forget to leave your payment on the scheduled cleaning day.

    Tipping

    Paramount never requires tipping, but it’s a good way to show your appreciation for services rendered.
